Shipping policy
We aim to have your parcel posted out to you within 24 hours, although this time may vary during busy times such as Christmas and Sales. All orders of in-stock items will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 12pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Our standard shipping uses the Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service, although we do offer an upgrade to DPD 1-2 day service for a small additional fee

International Postage:
We are pleased to now be able to offer postage to Europe for £24.95
For orders delivered within Europe customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by local authorities or couriers.
If a customer fails to provide requested customs information or payment, and the order is returned to us or delivery cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In these circumstances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Please note that if you order any pre-order items, your whole order will be held back until all items are in stock. Payment for all items (including pre-order items) will be taken at time of ordering.
