Refund policy


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase; however, we understand it is sometimes tricky choosing items from the internet. If you would like to exchange or return your items, please contact us at bluebellsburrow@gmail.com within 21 days of your purchase date. You will need to pay for the postage back to the Burrow. Please note that we are also unable to refund any postage costs incurred when placing your order.

Once received we will process your refund within 5 working days of it being received back to us.

All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging where applicable. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


We recommend that you post all items via "signed for post" and keep your proof of postage.


If your item is faulty please send us a photo so we can inform the company of this and organise your refund or exchange
